ROOM RULES • Check in starts at 3pm. Check out is at 11 am. • No shoes or boots inside beyond the main foyer. • No smoking on the property. • You may responsibly consume alcoholic beverages, however parties will not be tolerated. • No removal of inside items to outdoors (such as chairs, tables, etc). • Please wash, dry and stow away dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and glassware immediately after their use. • Please report any missing or damaged items. - Please do not leave air conditioning running all day while you are out, it only takes a few minutes to cool the room. UPON DEPARTURE • Remove all personal items that you brought with you from the guest room. • Remove all personal and food items from kitchenette, including fridge, freezer and shelves. • Dispose of all garbage, recycling and compost materials in their appropriate bins. • Please replace all furnishings to their original location found upon your arrival. • Please remove all bedding and towels and leave on the floor just outside your bedroom door. • Ensure all lights, fans, and air conditioners have been powered off. • Close all windows and door to your room. • Leave the keys you were issued upon arrival on the main kitchen counter.
